- The content of the questions you write to the AI legal assistant
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Carrying out legal consultancy and attorney services
- Receiving, evaluating and finalizing your online written consultation application
- Verifying your payment notification and managing the application process
- Preliminary assessment of questions asked through the AI legal assistant
- Following up on requests and complaints, customer relationship management
- Fulfilling legal obligations and conducting legal proceedings
- Ensuring site security and preventing misuse
- Sending you commercial electronic messages where you have given explicit consent
4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. Explicit consent is relied upon only where no other legal ground applies (e.g., marketing communications); all other processing activities are based on the following grounds:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (provision of the consultancy service)
- Fulfilment of a legal obligation
- Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Data processing being mandatory for the data controller's legitimate interest (provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms)
- Being expressly provided for by law
- Your explicit consent (only where necessary, e.g., marketing communications)
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, to suppliers providing technical infrastructure/hosting services to the extent necessary for the service, and to the relevant attorneys/consultants only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6. Data Processing within the AI Legal Assistant
Questions you submit to the AI legal assistant are processed securely for the purpose of preliminary assessment. The system is designed to discourage sharing unnecessary personal data; by default, chat history is not retained unnecessarily. Where retention of chat history is required, its legal basis, purpose and retention period are separately determined and communicated to you.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing, taking into account the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable legislation (in particular the general limitation periods under attorney-practice legislation and the law of obligations); at the end of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly
- To request deletion/destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK
- To request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you through analysis by automated systems
- To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
