A payment order is served on debtors against whom enforcement proceedings have been initiated. It is possible to object to this payment order, either in whole or in part.
Since the objection period is quite short, it is very important to track the process from the date the payment order is served. If no objection is filed within the deadline, the proceedings may become final and enforcement (seizure) may follow.
If the objection is found unjustified, or if the debtor does not object at all, the creditor may request seizure. In such a case, a seizure may be placed on wages, bank accounts, or movable/immovable property.
Since every file has its own specific circumstances, it is recommended that a person served with a payment order evaluate the process with the support of an attorney.
