The Online Written Legal Consultation service consists solely of the provision of a written legal assessment prepared by our attorneys, based on the information and documents submitted by the user. This service does not automatically include a power-of-attorney relationship such as case follow-up, attendance at hearings, or enforcement proceedings. A power-of-attorney relationship arises only if separately and explicitly established.
The consultation fee is specified on the relevant service page and is collected only by bank transfer; online credit-card payment is not currently accepted. Including the application number in the payment description is mandatory so the payment can be matched to the correct application.
The written legal assessment is prepared within a reasonable period after the payment is confirmed and the file is reviewed. The time may vary depending on the complexity of the file; priority is given, where possible, to applications marked as urgent on the form.
The written legal assessment is limited to the information and documents provided at the time of application. Incomplete or incorrect information/documents may affect the accuracy of the assessment. The assessment does not constitute a guarantee of a specific case outcome.
Cancellation requests submitted before the file review begins may be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted after the review process has started, the assessment will take into account the work performed up to that point. For refund requests, please contact the Firm at info@ozarslan.av.tr.
